The team of ladies in the body shop office made my experience SO easy. They took care of everything for me and kept me updated on parts that were ordered. I can't thank Jen and her team enough! Not to mention the employees who repaired my vehicle...looks like it did when I purchased it 1 year ago! Phenomenal job team!

when i called and explained the guy who took the pics of my car offered a free rental (i did not ask for one) he offered so i did not make arrangements to get one on my own, when they called to say i could bring the car in, she said ( the lady to the left of the front desk of the body shop dept)they are not in the business of giving stuff away for free or else they wouldn’t have a business, she eventually checked with someone and said i could use a loaner car at no charge. i thought that was extremely unprofessional and rude, the older gentlemen at the car rental desk was a complete jerk, and rude! asking me if i knew where the blinker was at while getting in the car, and when i returned it, he was even worse, asking/accusing me if i brought it back the same way it was given to me and had a full tank of gas! which i let him know i filled it up before i came in. I was very shocked at how he treated me. i just embarrassed and literally turned around a walked out without even saying thank you or good bye. i have been at the dealership many times for oil changes and stuff and have always received amazing service.
