Body shop had my car 7 weeks, got it back and the radio didn’t work, I was told by a tech that he can’t control radio signal strength . What a joke. Had to take it in to service where they plugged in an amplifier that got disconnected by the body shop. I told them it was a loose connection but the service guy in the body shop didn’t think I knew what I was talking about. I have been in electronics for 36 years

The body shop team did an absolute amazing job in repairing my car. There were some hiccups but nothing the team did. Minor set backs with contract guy who did the windshield installation and long lead times before the strips for my car came I but as I said, not the body shop techs faults. The manager of the shop was very professional and took me back to see the progress on my car when I came by tho check on it. Really appreciated the attention to detail when the car was returned.
