David was great, and my repair looks great and was timely, but since the mirror was replaced, my side lane warnings got messed up. I noticed this once I left the dealership. Called them immediately, and even spoke with David a few days afterwards. He said they were trying to figure out how to rectify the situation. Been two weeks and haven’t heard anything. I’ve had to turn off my sensors as it was dangerous to drive with them on. Disappointing.

The personal interaction with Dave at the body shop was really pleasant and helpful. The duration of the repair was about a week, far less than what friends were telling me to expect, given their experiences at other places. It was a bonus to not have to deal with the adjuster myself, and I am very happy with the repairs that were made.

As noted above, I would have given a 10 but due to the circumstances noted above, an 8 is the best I can do.

I would give a 10 with how fast the body shop did the repairs, but with a couple parts on back order, the wrong part being sent, and the pictures having to be re-taken due to previous employee being fired and not up loading pictures is the reason for the 8. It took almost 6 weeks for the whole process to be completed.

Customer service was great with updates, and I can't remember the new employee that took over from the previous one who got fired did the best he could with all of the problems associated as noted above.
