unfortunately i believe it took way to long .. needed to hire people to execute it faster .. 4 months was quite a long time without a vehicle.. staff was courteous..

The parts were supposed to be ordered in November and I was told back order for 3-4 months .I called in January and they were never ordered. Finally dropped the car off on Jan 29th. Did not get to pick it up until Feb 23rd. I was told it is all new parts but the front bumper is clearly used and has a crease in it. I don't even want to take it back to have it fixed. I am very upset with the entire experience. When I did pick up and went to pay the deductible, I was told my card was declined. It was declined multiple times and multiple cards. There was clearly an issue with the system. I called my bank while there and they confirmed no attempt for a charge was showing. Everything was just a bad experience and I'm very disappointed because I have been a customer since 2016

Was told my car was ready to be picked up. Drove it less than a mile and had no power steering along with multiple dash warning come on. Took it back and waited another week and a half to pick it up. Not too happy with the service at all.
