Took MONTHS longer than expected. Rude manager. Caught staff in lies. Charged additional money for credit card use and was not warned prior to pickup. Got home and had to drive straight back because a light wasn't hooked up. Vehicle clearly didn't go through a thorough check prior to release - after MONTHS of waiting. We will be reporting our experience with our insurance provider. We plan on going as high as possible.

Took my car in for an estimate then got a date 2 weeks later due to waiting for parts. Car should have took 2 weeks total to fix. Another part needed was on back order I had to wait an additional 3 weeks. I had to call myself several times just to get an update. Communication was horrible.

Quality of the repair is great. You’d never think anything was ever wrong with the car; basically brand new. Wait time however for said repair was extensive… all was good though.

When asking about the service on my car I did not like how I was initially spoken to, if answered at all. Would have liked to be talked to as a paying customer, not an inconvenience

Had to bring my car in a second time because the work was not completed. And was told they would have to see about getting me a loner. To finish the work. I complained it wasn’t fair since what I initially told you guys what needed to be repaired and it was not done. The light was still on when I got my car back which means nobody even checked.
