Lower the score because the rep I was working did very well on getting my vehicle back to me by my specified date the vehicle was needed but was not clear when it came to how much the vehicle ended up costing from his original estimate, while I realize estimates are not written in stone as they may find items when vehicle is being repaired but bill went way over the original estimate and not a clear explanation why?

The requested repair was done well but there was a scratch on the driver’s door that I would have happily paid to have fixed at the same time. I did not think about it and no one there suggested it. So I got my car back looking spiffy and then saw the scratch. A missed opportunity for both parties.

I don't know. I'm not a car repair expert. I just see that it looks nice on the outside. I have no idea of the quality behind the side panels and bumper that were replaced.

Was given extremely short notice as to when the car was to be completed. Receive text message today. The car was done. Made it difficult to arrange pickup Ice. The rental was with my wife who is out of town.

I was put in the middle of you all and my insurance company. I was told things and my insurance told me it was incorrect and provided proof of the delays on your guys end. Also when I went to get my car the delivery was awkward. Two girls didn’t want to help and then one finally did and she just stood there. And both times I’ve had my car done here my car has a bunch of tools, cords, and a box of trash left in it. How can you do an inspection each time and leave a bunch of stuff in it? Makes me feel everything was done poorly
