The service was excellent and communication was frequent. The only reason for a 9 instead of 10 was just in how long the entire process took. This is probably more due to the time to get parts, but we were without our new car for 7 weeks. The Enterprise rental was certainly fine and convenient. But overall our experience was great, although avoiding the whole accident would have been greater! :)

The final bill was significantly higher than initially expected which was a surprise given we learned this at the point of collection - not painful given it was covered by insurance but if it wasn't, this would have been a problem to us.
