First they didn't meet first due date ,and after that they missed second due date which was supposed to be yesterday. It's cost me extra $120 for renting a car extra days.I also want to tell that I am very satisfy and thankful for work done on my car . Thank you very much !!!

My car was hit on the left rear quarter panel., we chose Dick Hannah to fix the car. The car was brand new! Thought it would be fixed like new, as that's what was promised to us at the time! Since then we had to return the car twice for other damage that the repair shop created! We are so very unhappy. We have lost time traveling to either picking up the car and having to either bring it back to be done right. Still not fixed right!! So disappointed in Dick Hannah Collision! Hopefully when they call again to say the car is ready again it's done right! Would be most helpful to talk to someone who cares because obviously at this point no one does otherwise it would be repaired by now! Lots of waisted time for us

Missing parts! bed body alignment! Car should be done 7 days ago! This is second time I'm bringing car and second time there's problems! I asked specifically double check everything but nothing was checked and that's why there's a problems! I guess I was right the first time! can trust you guys should of went to different Body Shop! I feel sorry for other customers who doesn't know or who don't know how to check cars! I'm not satisfied! :-(!
