Was never given what was being done on the pilot. When we got the pilot back the check engine light was on along with the maintanence light. The transmission now shifts very loudly and revs the engine. None of those things were happening before it was brought into your center. Not happy at all with the experience with your shop.

My car is not completed. You have had it for 3 weeks, I went to pick out up today and the check engine light was on. But it wasn't when I dripped it off. Now you have to keep it for 2 to 3 days to finish. I really need it asap. John is very nice, he is very helpful.

The repairs and in-person service was absolutely wonderful, and the text reminders were helpful. The only area where there was some frustration was with the communication about the repairs and getting approvals before work began. We received no phone calls or texts prior to the work beginning and only received updates about the progress of them. If there could be a step in your process to ensure that contact was made prior to the start of a repair, it would make it a perfect experience.
