The person who did my estimate scheduled his own work and was very hard to get a hold of. Also, most times I called, I got a voice mail asking me to leave a message. I prefer the option to hold.

It was great to get a ride to work, but my service was going to take 2 days, unbeknownst to me. Although the collision center secured me a rental car, it was done in afterthought which inconvenienced me. It would have been good to know this ahead of time.

When I first called, I was told no appointment was needed for an estimate. I come in and the car is looked at but I'm not given an estimate, instead I'm told to make an appointment for it to be fixed. So I do. When I drop the car off, I'm told to wait for the rep assigned to me, I wait and wait and watch the rep look at me from his desk for about 10 minutes, then he starts to clean his desk and then gets up to use the restroom. I tell the receptionist that I don't think he wants to talk to me. She says, he does but if I can't wait, I can go. I never get a call with an estimate, so I call to check on the car and am told that we'll just go with the estimate from the independent appraiser and what the insurance check was made out for. When I go to pick up the car, I'm told it will be ready by 1030am, I confirm that I will be there then. I show up and wait 1 hour.

There was inadequate communication about an adjacent problem, part of which could have been repaired at the same time. But the work that was done was excellent-- so, an 8 out of 10.
