Your USAA claims employee (Bob I beleive his name was?) was truly excellent. This was my first time needing auto repairs of any kind and he took care of everything and answered any questions I had quickly and kindly. He never made me feel like a bother. On top of he great customer service the repairs on my VW GTI were of great quality. The service I received has definitely earned my long term business and I now know of.a quality business to recommend for friends and family's car repairs.

It was slow service. When I picked up the car each front wheel was missing 1 lug nut. The locking nuts were inside the car, I didnt realize they were supposed to be on the wheels until I got home after a 45 mile drive.
