While satisfied with the end result, I was perplexed that only Ron could handle the State Farm claim and that he was out of town for several days after the time of my accident. Had someone else been able to execute the claim while I was out of town for one week, I would not have had to rent a car, even though thanks to the insurance policy I only had to pay $25+. The car was also not ready until 18 hours after promised and I had significant difficulty reaching Ron, e.g. I called him many more times than he returned my call although I often was just trying to return his call.
