Overall I'm satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. My black badging was removed from the front of my vehicle and later replaced with chrome badging. At pickup, Rich said they would put on a new black Tesla emblem if I brought one in.

other than my original adjuster that I dealt with was let go and the new adjuster didn't reach out to let me know whe was assigned to my claim, I found out by calling to talk to my adjuster, and was told at that time. It would have been nice to have them reach out to let me know they were my new contact person if I had any questions leading up to me bringing my car in for the repair.

We would have left a 10 except our radio station in the car was changed to something we don’t and would never listen to, the sunroof interior panel was left open, and we can’t figure out why the car was driven 12 miles. We loved the car was detailed inside, and the work done was exceptional. Ann staff members we had contact with were excellent.

I found dozens of small dimples in the finish on the hood of my Tesla Model 3. I was told these were all from rock chips that became more visible after being sprayed with clear coat. They went over it a second time attempting to buff them out which I appreciated but still have many visible spots.

Repaired my rear end on my truck really good. But they washed my whole truck after the repair and left swirl marks on my truck.
