Wheel repair took over 3 weeks to complete. The wheel and tire replaced has silver balancing weights in the FRONT of the all black wheel, immediately visible. Looks absolutely horrible. All other wheels have black balancing weights and they’re tucked in the back edge of the wheel per standard and expected process.

At first, it took 3 days for you to look at the car. I called each day and never had a return call. I know the few days you were waiting to hear from the insurance but Ken called and approved it on a Wednesday and you didn't order the parts until Friday. Still no communication. It does seem once you started working on it, I would get text about where the car was in the process. On Friday you said it would be ready after passing inspection. But then I didn't get a call to pick it until Tuesday afternoon.

Took longer than first thought, and I got a call one week early (by mistake) saying you can pick up your vehicle next Tuesday. OOPS it was a mistake and vehicle was ready 10 days later.
