I was told that Dick’s Auto Body had a 5 star reputation. I certainly was steered in the right direction. They were kind and respectful. Helped with rental car. Only good things to say about Dick’s. Hopefully I won’t have to call on them again. If I do, I’m revisiting Dick’s.

People there were very helpful, suggesting that they would take care of getting my Enterprise rental car returned. It’s been a difficult time for me, and Dick’s made it easier. The car was ready before I was expecting it.

The repair is fine, what I didn’t like was the irresponsibility, they Had my car for 2 weeks and a half when they said it was only going to be a 3-5 day repair, also took my car to the shop for the repairs on February 26 and they reported to the insurance that I dropped it off Until March the 6th, 9 days after i had already dropped it off, lost 2 weeks and a half of work and money because of all of this
