The truck looks great yinz even cleaned it but I don’t know if it was yinz or the insurance company but the bottom piece of the front bumper not blaming yinz but it just makes the whole truck look bad sorry but the old owners and the service tech know how I like my work done

The only thing upset me is I got that automatic text saying my car was ready to pick up . I plan to pick up in the am and was not ready because of insurance issue.

Never calibrated my Prius. Had the car 11 days and never calibrated the parking sensors. Was told I'd need to leave the Prius even longer after returning the car despite leaving work unfinished and now I'll have to pay out of pocket because I need my car

Was told I'd get a callback in 30 mins. I called them back after 2.5 hours. Was told the calibration team would need a couple hours. Then told there is no calibration account with Elite collision. So varying reports on all ends
