We were told that the collusion repair would take two weeks and it was 1 day short of three weeks. Not a good experience. The job was done well, but Honda had to calibrate the system and that took an extra 3 days.

The Diehl Team was excellent helping us during this terrible accident to our car. they work directly with us from towing at the scene to the repairs and final delivery. Along the way they kept in touch with us and the insurance company and everything that was happening. I can’t say enough good things about each member of the team and the overall service and leadership of the company.

my car looks like new and the staff was great they helped me file the claim and even had the rental car company pick up my rental car so that I could take my repaired car home

they were great. The car looks beautiful and the staff was so nice. They kept me informed. They helped me fill out my claim with the insurance company on a virtual call and they even had the rental car company come and pick up

They broke my windshield taking it out. No problem looks to be installed correctly although I had brow tint that cost 60 dollars but is probably more now. Can we do something about that ?
