Random crack in the windshield that wasn’t there when the car was brought in. How it happened, we’ll never know. Had to get a radiator replaced and it wasn’t done correctly. More time out of an already busy schedule to get that fixed. The daughter was happy about the rest of the work that was done.

Repair Quality

As stated previously, the car had problems on pickup. No complaints from our daughter on the body work, paint, blending and all that.

Customer Service

The only complaint is the radiator. The air wasn’t bled out. Luckily her roommates dad was able to remedy the problem with no harm to the car.

Had a problem with the older gentleman in the front office understanding putting windsplitter on and rear flair. Almost brought crayons to draw him a picture. He argued so much i decided to not have it done. The ladies were great
