I worked with Will and he went above and beyond to make this a positive experience. I can’t say enough about how excellent his customer service was. He helped me drop off and pick up my car closer to my home and communicated with the insurance company to be sure my repairs were covered.

Somewhat skeptical because of the list parts.

The car was picked up by my friend who noticed a noise that could have been detected by the mechanic by driving it. They fixed it right away when he brought it back, but a bummer. Additionally the time estimate was way off. 1 week was 2 months. Tesla delay, but a bummer too. Otherwise will handled everything as promised and I appreciate the storage for the long term while I was away.
