This is my second time at dodd's! The first time was MANY years ago because they were recommended by my insurance company. When I needed work this time, I decided to go in and see if they could help me.....which they did!

I was so very excited that when I pulled in to your company on Friday, someone came to see me right away, assessed the damages, and got things rolling that day. By Tuesday, everything was repaired and I was out of the office in less than 25 minutes! The reception ladies were quite friendly and the young man who did the assessment was also equally as friendly! I felt valued and I'm very appreciative of that! I recommend Dodds to EVERYONE!

The job took longer than expected due to a part that didn't come in as expected which was not Dodd's fault. Other than that the quality of the job was great and lifetime guarantee speaks for itself. The condition of the car, i.e. cleanliness, etc. is much appreciated and top drawer. Thank you Dodds

Super pricey without insurance but only had to pay 1000 with my deductible. however it looks brand spanking new and they worked fairly quick. i hope i never find myself in a situation where i have to come back, but if i do, i know where to go.
