Don Jacobs Paint and Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving our community at the Nicholasville road location since 1973. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We work with all insurance companies and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We endeavor to provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. They did an excellent job although it ended up costing a couple hundred dollars more than I expected. This is the second time they have repaired my car and they have done a very good job both times

Jarret was awesome. The craftsmanship that I can tell so far was top notch. They cleaned and vacuumed the inside and cleaned the outside; I wasn’t expecting any of that but I appreciate it so much! This was my first experience with this shop and will be singing their praises to anyone asking for a recommendation.

95%Yes and 5% no. The repairs are perfectly fine, it looks brand new. I wish the body shop would have contacted me and offered to clean up my other headlight. Repairs replaced one headlight so it looks brand new, the other is all yellow and gross looking. Just wish they had offered to make it as close as possible to each other. I’d have taken you all up on the offer.

The majority of the work looks phenomenal. Paint matches and most of the panel alignments are like new. However, one panel on the driver side is not aligned or spaced correctly and the black Honda front grill emblem was replaced with a standard chrome one Communication with Tanner was consistent and easy
