Don Jacobs Paint and Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving our community at the Nicholasville road location since 1973. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We work with all insurance companies and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We endeavor to provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. Unfortunately, this is not my first experience with your body shop. On the other hand, fortunately I was pleased with my first repair and knew where to bring my vehicle for another repair when it needed it. I remembered Tanner from my first experience and he was just as great with this one.

I would tell them where I went for a good quality job, but would also let them know that they will have to initiate communication and be sure to have it checked that all the internals have been replaced properly!

Communication started out well, however, it then ceased when additional delays occurred. The actual repair looks fantastic and is of high-quality, however, after two delays in its completion date without communication the engine was not reconnected properly, causing it to overheat twice, and then having to be returned for continued repair.

I appreciate the cleaning. I know my car had so much dog hair in it. My car looks almost brand new. It actually looks better than it looked when we got the car. We regretted not getting the car from Don Jacobs in the 1st place but we will be back for the next car that we get. I appreciate the whole team

They did a good job. The metal piece that goes on the top of bumper came in damaged. I still picked up my vehicle on July 31st and when the piece comes in they will let me know. Thankful for that
