Don Jacobs Paint and Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving our community at the Nicholasville road location since 1973. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We work with all insurance companies and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We endeavor to provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have I-car certified technicians and state of the art equipment to restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition.

I'm not dissatisfied. I just think checks and balances information could have been better. I wish shop time could have been shorter, because it was five days for a 16 hour repair estimate. But I know there is down where my truck was just setting there.

Besides the headlight we are very satisfied with the repairs

I am satisfied with the work however I am disatisfied that both headlights were not changed. It is obvious that one is new and one is older. We maticiously cared for this car and it is unsatisfactory that this was not corrected.

Cord was helpful. However when we asked about having the light changed he did not even try. We still would like it changed.
