Don Jacobs Paint and Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving our community at the Nicholasville road location since 1973. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We work with all insurance companies and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We endeavor to provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have I-car certified technicians and state of the art equipment to restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition.

Took way too long at body shop. Dropped off my car on 6/1 due to a deer strike. Tanner tried to keep me updated. Tim Davis at the BMW service to calibrate my car took 2 to 3 weeks and he did not return my call nor my husband’s car.

It appears that my truck was scratched in the front drivers side. The headlights on that side are not flushed with the grill.
