I was in an accident upstate in a snowstorm and it was such an ordeal to get the car back to Long Island, but once alerted that they were the receiving body shop, Don Joe didn’t disappoint. Danny communicated with me throughout the challenge of getting the car to the shop, reached out to my insurance company to coordinate the tow, and kept me informed the entire time. Once Danny received the car he walked me through the process and what to expect, reviewed the damages with me, and the plan for repairs with an estimated date of completion. When the car was done Danny reached out on my behalf to their enterprise location to allow me to return the car at Don Joe for added convenience. We had one issue with a scratch I noticed from the accident that wasn’t fixed - the team at Don Joe supported me. Danny was immediately on the phone and worked with my insurance company while guiding me through the process to have it repaired. I was impressed with the quick turn around and the car being ready three days before estimated. Thanks to Danny and Don Joe for top notch service and making my car look good as new - like the accident never happened!
