Hasani was through and confident about the work that would be done on my car, after initial assessment. He remained in constant contact via phone and automated texts about updates. My car was returned clean, well repaired; additionally my car make parts were used for the repair. Hasani and team were wonderfully communicative & professional throughout the entire process. Great experience from start to finish. Danny patiently explained the necessary work and followed up with a written estimate and also the estimated time to complete. He sent frequent updates and the work was completed on time and the actual cost slightly under the estimate. My car was returned washed. All staff were friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for more. I would use and unreservedly recommend Don Joe Auto Body for future works.
