The men who greeted me the days I was at the shop were always nice and friendly. The ONLY complaint I had was no one called and informed me either time that I could pick up my vehicle or that the decal was in and I could bring my vehicle back to have the decal put on.

Unfortunately I ran over a huge metal thing because the wind blew it under my car..... State Farm told me to bring my car here, before this I had no experience with Don Moore. The wait on the parts was long, once they started it was completed fast. So far, my car is running well. I'm happy.

Repair went as planned. Had to return vehicle one week later because shop failed to replace headlight that was non-functional at initial dropoff yet the shop replaced the same headlight lense.
