Staff had some confusion on scheduling a repair date and once I brought my vehicle in for repair on the scheduled date I was turned away saying parts still had to be ordered for my vehicle. Then I was rescheduled 9 days later.

I think my rating would have been higher if there weren't the complication of them dealing with the massive damage from the hailstorm. I know that stretched their resources and probably their patience at times. But it was certainly a trying process on my end. Again, though, I must say they were pleasant to deal with when I saw or spoke with them.

Whenever I talked with them, either on the phone or in person, they were pleasant to deal with and helpful. Getting a return call or text was not always easy, however.

The repairs were great, but my car was smoked in and smelled like weed when picked up, gas tank full, and miles put on my car. Thanks for the repairs and taking my car for a joy ride.

I have messaged about the door speaker not working and window tint being wrong color but have not heard any thing back. They did say they had one thing they were waiting for and I would need to bring the car back in for that to be installed. It is some kind of protective film for the front.
