When scheduled I was told 10-11 business days on repair, on the 10th business day I called to check in and then at that time, with no previous contact, was told that it was still in tear down with part on back order and that there was no time line of repair.

my Ac is not working and was before … they replaced condenser but are stating the compressor is bad.. i don’t know why they would replace the condenser and not the compressor if they seen that it wasn’t working…

Parts that were ordered were late arriving. This cost me extra money on car rental. My insurance paid for a month or close to 25 days but the parts didn't come in till 2 days later than that.
