My 3rd row seats don't work proper. There was broken glass from the wreck still in the back of my vehicle. I didn't even bother to callback and complain because of the attitude from the people I dealt with. My concerns were played down and I honestly never want to do business with don Thornton Cadillac.

When I received my car there was a scratch on my radio that was not there when I brought it in to be repaired. I'm Hoping they can fix it or replace the shield.

I love to keep my car in like new condition. Thank you for restoring it back to how I love to see it. Now I can drive it another five years! I love the updates that you give while working on my car. I highly recommend you....but not too much or I won't be able to get an appointment in the future!

It took too long. 6 weeks is excessive. This cost me out of pocket 1,800.00 in rental car fees. My insurance company paid 500.00 for the first 2 weeks and I was responsible for the last 4 weeks. If a bay was down or being remodeled (as I was told) or there were too many cars in front of me I should have been given the option to go to another company. During the 5th week Donnie told my insurance he was waiting on paint. Considering its white, the most popular paint for Lexus I scratch my head that the paint was ordered 5 weeks prior. At 3 weeks in I went to get things out of it and it was sitting in the yard. I was told by my agent that a State Farm select service repair center would guarantee a time when my car would be fixed. When I asked Donnie this he said that's false so I reported this back to my agent...I do not recommend
