I’m not sure the alignment was done. That makes me wonder what other things were not done that I got charged for or my insurance got charged for. I’ll call the state insurance commissioner to let them know of possible insurance fraud.

My estimated cost was $2688. When I go to check out it over $4500. It took 6 weeks to repair a fender dent and front end work. My car still pull to the right…I was charged for an alignment! It’s not a slight pull to the right…I mean if I let go of the wheel it goes in the ditch.

Called to report I that my car still pulled to the right. Kadee said she was going to email me the alignment report. I never received that information and I had to call back to schedule for a recheck. If issues are unresolved, then customer service should be scheduling me immediately.
