The vehicle was finished on a Friday and I was not able to pick it up that day. Instead I came in on Saturday, not realizing your body shop hours were different than your service shop (missed that on internet site). I was told if I would have let you know, then the receipt could have been moved over and completed. That would have been nice to know from the call I received on Friday. The receptionist at the service shop was wonderful and friendly (she said she was new), but was very helpful.

Levi was great to accommodate our repair convenience. We were out of town for a couple of weeks and he assured us it was no problem. They was one small issue and it was rectified immediately. My husband was pleased with the service of TJ as well.

The people were very friendly and easy to talk with. The repair did take a day longer than originally estimated and I had to call to get that update as opposed to proactively being updated.

I was not satisfied with the job done initially. I found orange peel and dust inclusions. CJ did a good job in getting it reworked and helped me a lot with getting some work done on my wheels.
