communication was lacking Was told that my car would be ready on Wednesday. My daughter drove 45 minutes one way to find that it wasn't ready. All text messages indicated that it was done. We were not told that it wasn't ready until she got there. it was a total waste of time. The front desk staff did apologize but that was it. Would have appreciated something like a gas card for my daughters time and inconvenience

We are very happy with the service we received! Our 2016 Lexus looks nearly brand new!!! Not only was the front fender repaired perfectly, the little nicks on the front are gone and our sensors work. The final detailing was very thorough as well. Personnel interactions were professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend Don’s for any auto body work!
