All the employees were friendly, answered my questions and provided me with information that I needed. They were able to get me in quickly and were flexible with some minor changes in my schedule. Although it was a small job (fixing a side mirror) it was important to me because it was a brand new car and now my mirror looks brand new and functions well. Thank you to all the employees I interacted with.

From start to finish my repair with Dons was completely stress free. I had a pretty extensive repair to the body of my car, which required my entire back end to be replaced. Dons worked tirelessly to find the correct parts needed, even driving to PA to grab the entire lift gate. 👏 I was updated every few days with the status of my repair which was incredibly helpful. Thank you Dons, for all you did! My rear (of the vehicle) looks better than ever!! 🙌

Work looks good, only thing that kept it from a 10 was the fact that the windshield wiper was not fastened in place (and to be honest, it may not have even been part of the work).
