Great experience! Danielle has been amazing, calling us with updates every step of the way. Scott was very informative from start to finish. Fixed the damage they found, but when I picked up my car, at some point, whether it happened at the auto body shop or on my way home, I had a nail in my tire. Took it to Dobbs and they said that my tires were shot and the alignment was so out of whack that it burned down my tire tred. I would have expected the body shop to check my alignment especially since the incident I had was a big piece of tire debris hit my car and I ran over it. Again, I am happy with the fact that they fixed the pieces that were damaged, and if I am expecting too much to have my alignment checked, then that’s on me. They kept me updated very well during the process of repair.

Very pleased with the communication, and that Scott took the time to talk through the repairs, before, during, and after to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the work that was done. Even the tech in the shop pointed out a spot that needed repair and you could tell he cared about the quality of work he was doing.
