I was not notified of updates. Two weeks after the estimate was done I called for an appointment. I was then told the parts were there and I could bring my car in that day to get it repaired, which I did. An estimated time was given for 4-5 days for the repair. I left the car on a Friday. No updates given. I called the shop the following Thursday. I was told there wasn’t information on the repair as the body technician was not there. I would get a call back in a day. No call on Friday or Monday. Called on Tuesday, it was done and I got my car. I wasn’t able to get an itemized invoice as the person who was to fill it out hadn’t completed it and he was off that day. I was to receive the invoice by mail. I got it on Saturday. When I drove the car out, no one went to the car with me to explain what was done and to determine if I was satisfied. The pluses My experience with the estimator was pleasant and complete. He explained what will be done. The repair is very good. Paint well done body parts well placed. I would of appreciated updates. And because the car was drivable, I would of liked to given the car for repair when it was to be repaired.
