Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially Sado and Phillip. Walking in for the first time and getting that vibe made me feel like my car was in good hands. My favorite part of the experience was the constant communication with Phillip. I never once wondered what the status of my car was or how much longer I had to wait. Having the updates every step of the way made it so easy to plan when I would have to switch from my rental. It is a busy week for me and this just made it so much easier to build my schedule around. The body work is fine and I’m impressed with the level of of repair. There are a couple of issues that need to be resolved. The lane change sensors need to be recalibrated as they are indicating there are things in my blind spot when there is not. Also, there is a small gap in the bed liner that needs to be repaired.
