Sado Was able to estimate what it was gonna take to repair my vehicle gave me a timeline in which he thought it would be completed and he knocked off two days off that timeline and got my car back to me as quick as possible

The work that was done looked great, but…… had it been explained to me that the top parts of the windows weren’t included I would have had included it. One area has rust and looks even worse now since the roof was painted. This is the worse area that inspired wanting to get the van roof painted. I believe that it should of been explained to me these areas are all separate pieces. I’m not in the auto body business… so how was I expected to know this. My disappointment is that my van isn’t complete because the worse area of the van is still there. This spot was the main reason for having the roof painted. I believe this spot should of been addressed by the body shop to let me know it wouldn’t be included in the estimate. Why wouldn’t I want this spot painted? It takes away from all the work done. It’s very frustrating not having the completed look I was expecting.

I cannot say enough great things about Don’s Body shop. This was my first time using their auto body shop and I would recommend them to anyone! Their excellent communication and customer service made the process easy for me. I don’t know much about cars, but Sado went as far as to print out diagrams of the vehicle parts to explain to me what needed to be done. My car looks brand new and I am so happy! Thank you
