Is good shop to repair but do not take the vehicle until everything is fixed.

All the repairs made was excellent except a hole in the back of the car which is not fixed yet.

The rear end was damaged and the car was fixed which took about 2 weeks to complete. There was a hole at the back of the car and the mechanic told that he will call after the parts arrive and will fix the whole. It has been more than 2 weeks and they have not called yet. However, the other parts were fixed very well and the service was good.

I’ve driven by Don‘s auto body shop many times over the years that I’ve lived in Castro Valley and this was the first time that I needed repair to my car. My vehicles door had been backed into and needed repair. I was impressed number 1 by customer service from Rico, he was knowledgeable friendly and pleasant to work with and that goes along way with me. He had explained to me they would remove the door skin and re-place it along with other necessary components and being familiar with that process I was impressed to see how seamless the work was done, Great job to the techs that performed each step of that process and how they kept the panel gaps looking right. The paint turned out perfect and the whole car was cleaned up when I arrived. Good things can come out of bad and now if ever I needed solid body work done on my vehicles I know where to go without guessing, and from my experience with them I have the confidence to refer Dons auto body to anyone.
