Seems like making an appointment through AAA is super easy, but making one outside of that could take a while.

Steve was amazing and was very responsive. While I appreciate the attempt to create transparency in how long the repair, I wish there was more clarity about what steps have been completed and what was left to do. Steve informed me of the next step, but multiple times I thought that might be the last step only to find out there was another step or two to go. This made it very difficult to gauge when the repairs would be completed.

Overall, I had a great experience with Don’s body shop. They did a great job especially Steve has been updating me on the progress. I would give them a full credit if there wasn’t a delay but they have a lot of work to do from the week.

Steve provided great customer service. Beyond his control was the long wait for Toyota Prius catalytic converter replacement parts so I appreciated his explanation of the backlog with the rise in thefts.
