Recommend for quality and relationship with AAA but cannot recommend for timely communication. Had my car there Fri 8 am to Thurs 8 am, had to call 2-3x for status reprt, even though the shop told me they would “call right back” with one.

Convenient location, easy to schedule for an estimate and to get the work done. However, I had to follow up 2-3x in a row to get a confirmed day/time to pick up my car. So the intake and coordination with AAA was seamless but my direct communication with Don’s Auto Body on Clement was not at all seamless.
