Great people! Don was involved in every step and kept us informed along the way. We noticed a slight problem when we went to pick our car up. They immediately offered to fix the repair and extended our rental to accommodate the extra time needed to fix the problem. We found this refreshing when most repair shops and the dealers often expend all of their energies defending their work rather than doing the right thing by offering customer service first and foremost. I would definitely return to Don’s if needed, but truthfully, I hope I never need to. 😉
