Perhaps this is beyond the control of the body shop, but waited for 6 months for the parts!

The repair was completed, but the paint match wasn’t perfect and there were a lot of other minor imperfections created during the repair

The guys at Don’s seemed great, but they outsourced the work to another body shop that didn’t do a great job matching the paint color, and added a lot of nicks and scrapes to the front of the car that they attempted to retouch but did poorly. They also ended up having the car for 6 days for a job that they promised would be done in 2.

I always had to call, from the beginning Oct. 24, 2023. Mike called me back twice but after I called. And, woman personnel called me back after I called last week. I am thankful for the work done and was happily surprised I receive a catalytic converter cage for free!

There’s no great issue other than that it took five weeks. I was unhappy it always took way longer than he promised. For that I had to take transportation for more than a month.
