There are alot of things that were never addressed, or fixed properly...from the accident. I informed the alleged manager (Ivy) that I was unhappy about the botched repairs on my automobile.....she took notes, and informed me that my vechicle wouldnt be ready for pick up till after the new year....less than 2 days later I get a call from my insurance company, saying I refused to pick up my vehicle.... Which wasnt true!!!!!! This was truly the worst experience of my life....dealing with dough henry Ford of tarboro.....I regret taking my truck there....and I will never use their services again EVER!!!!
