The thing that stands out to the most is the fact the repair is so seamless considering where the dent was. (above the passenger rear door on the edge of the roof) You literally have to know where the dent was and be really looking for the repair to see any evidence of the work being done. Then the amazing detailing work that was done on my car before I picked it up was super nice. Thank you very much, I don't think I can say enough nice things about the whole experience. Vic Fernald.

The overall satisfaction of my repair that was needed I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED. however I Was VERY DISAPPOINTED & NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CAR WASHING ALL AROUND MY VEHICLE WAS MOLLY, I HAD RUN DOWN DRY WATER SPOTS, & MY WINDSHIELD WAS MOLLY. I TOOK MY VEHICLE BACK TOO THE DEALERSHIP WITH COMPLAINTS THEY STATED THEY WOULD REDO IT OVER.....IT LOOKED A LIL BETTER BUT NOT TOO MY SATISFACTION 👎🏻 MY HOOD OF MY VEHICLE STILL HAD DIRT SPOTS ON IT.

Only had a bumper replaced, was told would only take 1day was not done in 1 day. At pick up the bumper was not clean had some kind of over spray on corner and some kind of residue on the chrome. Was told by the worker it should have been clean but no one offered to do it. Not happy with my experience.
