I had fender and bumper damage but they found unexpected headlight damage as well. Despite being only four years old, the part was unavailable. They found one in Georgia and had it shipped but it was wrong. They did a temporary fix so I could get the car back, then fixed it once the right part showed up. They were professional, went the extra mile to find the needed part, and met the new schedule once the part showed up. We have used them before and couldn’t be happier with their service.

The end product was amazing, but the service before was quite all over. I dropped my truck on when I was told to. I then find out I didn’t have an appointment and my parts were not ordered. One week later I got in and wasn’t told it was going to be a multi day job until I called to pick It up. Just lack of communication. I will keep using you guys and have had great service in the past.

Everyone has been super nice, but my car repair isn't complete yet and my car was filthy inside when I picked it up. Looks like dirt, some powdery residue, and liquids splashed around. I'm having to pay $200 to get it detailed, which I don't think is fair.

After getting home, I noticed that the bumper is not quite aligned the same on both sides (gap on one side is about half inch more than other side, and was not informed that the brackets were bent, but not sure if its worth taking back in.
