I’m rating this a 8 because Customer Service only made me sign papers and pay the $500 deductible.. The individual just sat there without saying anything. A Thank You would have been nice. Nor did the Individual come out from behind the desk to explain the work done on my vehicle. This only made me feel I wasn’t that important & ignored.
