Jason and Matt both did an excellent job walking me through the repair process and timelines. They took time to answer any questions I had an ensure we were well aligned in terms of expectations for the work. The work itself is stunning and was completed ahead of our anticipated schedule. They took plenty of time walking us through the repairs when we picked our vehicle up and we're kinda and courteous to our whole family in the shop. Thank you for your great work!

Even though are car was totaled after 5 months of them trying to get it repaired. The insurance company really wasted their time and ours. Doug's auto body was easy to work with on our end. They always let us know what was going on with the vehicle and insurance company.
