I started the claim process with G&C auotbody in Sebastopol. From the beginning, I was poorly impressed by their customer service and lazy approach to my claim. After a more than ten days of not even having a repair date scheduled, I decided to look elsewhere. It was such a relief to find Downtown Collision. From the start, Gabriel made me feel like the job was going to be well taken care of, and indeed it was. The repair was flawless, the car was returned fully detailed and all the rental car arrangements were taken care of. What more could I ask for. Gabriel was great to work with from start to finish Thank you, Downtown Collision.

I started the clain process at G&C Auto repair in Sebastopol. From the beginning, G&C displayed poor customer service and slow response to the claim process. I would not recommend G&C at all. I gave up on G&C after over a week waiting for them to even schedule a repair date. It all worked for the best, because Downtown Collision was fantastic. Their customer service manager, Gabriel, was born to do his job - knowledgable, friendly and cared about the job.
