They did a horrible job! It literally looks like they just said who cares they’ll never notice! My trunk doesn’t shut unless I slam it. The seams have gaps. The muffler tips are two different sizes. The trunk was not replaced. There are scratches from the trunk when it hit the rear panel on the inside that were ignored and not paint. This shop is a joke in my opinion. They have no respect for others property.

Downtown collision is certainly one of the best in Sonoma County. They were exceptional and they texted me the timeline so I could anticipate when my vehicle would be ready to pick up. And they are very professional and the waiting room is very clean with beverages and snacks to boot. They are a small company, but a better company and they treat their customers with respect and understanding. I highly recommend them and when I picked up my vehicle, it was washed and waxed and cleaned inside and out. Way to go downtown collision. Paul.
