Gus is amazing. Although the outcome I got from AAA and there willingness to actually help me was not the same. Gus has gone over and beyond to help me. He has been very thoughtful to my situation and has been very kind. He valued me as an individual and as a customer. While AAA did not. Just another claim # to get processed and filed.

Unlike 'blakes' in rohnert park who scheduled us for late June to begin work, the accident occurred may 27th. Gary at 'sparkys'-Downtown Collision, took the car that afternoon, provided my husband and I with a ride home and completed all work in 10 days. They also communicated with us during the repair. The car was new!!! 10+ Stars for Gary and his team at Downtown Collision in Santa Rosa.
