As someone who takes great pride in their vehicle, I was devastated when it was hit. My Honda HRV is my first car I bought myself, also my first off the lot! It was very important to me to take my car somewhere where the mechanics had just as much care for my vehicle as I did. Gabriel, my assessment guy, was amazing. He reassured me, talked highly of his experience as well as the other mechanics. I felt comfortable leaving something important to me in the hands of a team that found their work to be important. My car looks fabulous, like it had never been hit before! I am very grateful for the work of everyone at Downtown Collision, and will refer you guys out if I ever get the opportunity. Well actually I thought you did a beautiful job on my car!! There is one thing, I do realize my mats are old, but the mat on the driver's side wasn't ripped when we dropped off the car and now it is.

Remained in contact with us for updates on the progress of the repair. Great customer service. Our repair was completed in a timely matter. It looks as though the damage never even occurred. They washed the inside and outside of the vehicle as well. Felt good driving it out of the shop. I would definitely recommend Downtown Collision to anyone needing auto body repairs.
